Juki Mo-6716DA Dry Head 5 thread safety stitch

This machine is ideal for safety stitching of light to medium weight woven fabrics and designed to perform at high speed with excellent reliability and consistancy.

The 5 thread safety stitch comprises a 2 thread chainstitch with a separate 3 thread overlock stitch beside it. This type of stitch is used in clothing manufacturing for seaming of items such as shirts , trousers and curtains as well as general seaming on woven fabrics.

The MO-6716DA has adjustable differential feed which allows it to produce perfectly flat seams

JUKI’s cutting-edge dry-head technology has been introduced to the MO-6716DA, oil splashes are substantially reduced to eliminate oil staining on sewn products.

The needle bar mechanism and upper looper mechanism have been re-designed to require no lubrication.The most-advanced dry technologies, such as the special surface treatment applied to the major drive unit and the grease feeding method, contribute to higher durability.
